Once you join the group at the beginning of the training, we will make sure you stay connected with the group throughout the whole weekend.

At the beginning of each day, we will pick you up and take you to the location where the activities start. At the end of the day, we will take you back to your accommodation.

During the day, we will also organise transport between the villa and the academy for meals, provided you have selected the meal option.

Payment is divided into two parts.

The first payment is made digitally at the time of booking.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival at the villa.

Any booking change or cancellation will be accepted free of charge if requested at least three months before the training start date.

After that date, no changes will be accepted, and cancellations will not be eligible for a refund of the reservation payment.

Both the villa and the academy are equipped with air conditioning and heating systems, which will be managed by the organisation throughout the weekend.

Towels and bed linen are provided at the villa.

And yes, there is coffee at the villa. ☕️
